Barefoot Running

Lake Washington Physical Therapy is excited to have Dr. Larry Maurer in for a night of discussion and education on the biomechanics of barefoot running. Barefoot running and minimalist forefoot striking is likely to be 15% of the market by 2012 and is of much interest to therapists, trainers, coaches, and podiatrists.

The lecture will run for approximately 45 minutes with time for questions and answers afterwards. All attendees will receive a $25.00 gift card towards running shoes carried at LWPT and Every Day Athlete. There will be promotional items from Brooks and Arbonne. Don't forget to RSVP quickly as there is limited space available.
